Our private pay rates apply to individual, couple, and family sessions:
Intake Appointment: $180
Couples/Family Counseling: $165
Counseling Session: $150

Your first appointment will be a space to get to know your therapist and for them to get to know you as well! This will include going through intake paperwork, practice policies, and discussing general goals and expectations for your time in therapy.
Your following appointments will be you and your therapist working together to reach whichever goals you have set for yourself. There is no agenda - some clients come in with a list of things to discuss, others come in and just let the session take them where they need to go. There’s no right or wrong way - it’s a come-as-you-are type of space :)
